There is a fantastic joint called Laksa King on Racecourse road in Flemington near the New Market train station. You know the food is going to be good when you have to queue up on a Tuesday night. Waiting for a table while delicious smells waft past accompanied by the happy smiles of satisfied diners is pure torture! Fortunately the wait was not too long and in no time I had a steaming bowl of curry laksa in front of me. It was nothing short of spectacular and under $10! It was such a huge serving that I will be having laksa for lunch too.
We finished with fresh watermelon juice and ice kachang generously flavored with palm sugar and rose syrup. Nothing beats a delicious meal at the end of a long day, don’t you think?
